The kitchen is spacious, with a large table for everyone to gather around. It has everything you need: a 5-burner gas stove, double oven, dishwasher, big fridge, and plenty of cupboards.

The lounge has two comfy 3-seater sofas, a large TV, and sliding doors that open to the yard. The yard gets lots of sun, making it perfect for summer BBQs.

To save space in the kitchen, the laundry is in the basement, where you’ll find two freezers, a washer, and a dryer.

If you don’t plan to stay over the summer, then half rent is charged for July & August. If someone has to come back for resits or pre-season, they just pay full rent for the time they stay.
