The house has 4 double bedrooms, one downstairs, two on the first floor and one in the attic. All the rooms are well decorated, with modern furniture – they each have a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The open plan kitchen-living room is a great social space. There are two modern sofas and a flatscreen TV with freeview.

The large kitchen has an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. We always make sure our kitchens have plenty of cupboard space for each person.

If you don’t plan to stay over the summer, then half rent is charged for July & August. If someone has to come back for resits or pre-season, they just pay full rent for the time they stay.

Rosebery Street is off Ashby Road and can be found by walking down Cumberland Road from the university direction, or down Storer Road if you’re coming from town.
There is a fantastic park nearby and a footpath shortcut past the hospital to the swimming pool roundabout.
